This is not our fault!
-Asian sizing is smaller than US/EU sizing. Ensure you keep this in mind when ordering. Please check the size measurement again before ordering, if you order the wrong size, this is not the seller\'s fault and you cannot be refunded.
-The sizing method we use (S/M/L/XL) is different in every country, so make sure to follow the size measurements rather than size name accurately. Please check it clearly in the product description or contact us if you are unsure.
-We support drop shipping and wholesale, you can contact us for more information.
-We can send you pictures of the order package after your payment has been cleared and before shipping.
-We are not responsible for any custom duty or import tax.
-We mark the package as a GIFT to get a lower price for you if this happens.
1. We will send the goods after the full payment has been confirmed. If the payment is not available, your order will be closed automatically.
2. The buyer accepts the responsibility for any insurance, problems or damage which is caused by the shipping service such as accidents, delays or other issues. The buyer is also responsible for any tax and/or duty charges made by their country. The goods will be marked as "gift" or "sample" for easier customs clearance and less charge. If you wish to declare the goods as other item name, or specify a value for customs, please inform us when making the order by leaving a note to seller.
1. All the goods are inspected before shipment. If you have an issue, please contact us before opening a dispute. We will try and sort your problem first.
2. The shipping and handling charge added onto items is non-refundable and the customer should be responsible for all charges of returning and reshipping.
3. All returned items must be in their original condition, including the box and accessories that came with it. Returning a defected item will not be guaranteed, such as broken, scratched and so on.
4. Please return your items by post air mail and choose a shipping way which the ship cost is reasonable when sending an item back.
